Financial and Programmatic Compliance
Financial and Programmatic Compliance involves the evaluation and monitoring of financial data to ensure adherence to OMB Circular A-21 and other applicable regulations. This includes the responsibility to: Monitor and control the effort certification process. Write and present training programs to aid in the interpretation and implementation of internal and external policies and regulations. Perform after-the-fact monitoring of sponsored project expenditures and report findings. Prepare the Facilities and Administration Rate Proposal and negotiate a rate with the Division of Cost Allocation within the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
